cooking apple will lost its nutrients , can u reply is it true or not

A. Hello mom you can steam the apple instead of boiling and throwing the water of it or so .. slightly stewing or steaming the apple is the better option to safe their nutrition

A. Yes, some of it's nutrition loss , uou can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in. steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.
