U Decide what is more comfortable for you to sleep see initial 5 to 6 months of pregnancy you can mostly sleep in any posit that you want to but once your body becomes big your stomach becomes big mostly women prefer sleeping in reclining position that’s the 3/4 one so that’s more comfortable later but you should always choose what is more comfortable for you to go for
