Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Cerelac is suggested one - two scops once a day from 6 month onwards.
Yes sometimes due to feeding less quantity it lasts for more than 15 days as suggested you can use but store in air tight container.
Home made cerelac with pulses, grains,nuts - Dry roast two to three pulses,grains and cashew/almonds/walnuts/pistachio grind into fine powder and store in air tight container.
Boil water for 5 minutes and add ghee cerelac powder one spoon stir continuously cook for 7-8 minutes ,you can add fruits/vegetables grate while boiling water.
