can you tell me how i should turn from one side to other while sleeping. like shud i get up on one side n then turn to other or can I normally roll over n then does normal roll over turning gets umbrical cord stuck in the baby's neck??

A. no it doesn't have any relation between you rolling and cord around neck Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
