can you eat ivy gourd while breastfeeding. does it affects its supply??

I don’t think so eating anything healthy is going to affect our supply you should just eat healthy and good consume good amount of liquid which is also going to be beneficial to increase your feeding and I don’t think so it is going to reduce down your feeding so you can have it
