ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, for hair growth it is good. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil. Shampooing twice or thrice a week. Use good brand of mild shampoo.
