Q.

Can we put our baby on our shoulders and hold his head and rock our body from side to side forcefully??

A. the baby is only three months of age since baby is small it is not advisable to have rocking moments and fast moments for the baby at this tender age .

A. hi no please don't do it forcefully. you can gently rock. but make sure your child should feel comfortable. and hold your child head well.
