Can we put abdominal belt upon that can we tie cotton belt so that abdominal bulge reduces.. it’s been 3 months since I have undergone c section

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hello dear The tummy belt or the cotton belt doesn’t reduce the tummy fat or the bulge. You need to work out for that. Also they are supposed to be tied only snugly and never tightly. It’s purpose is only for post partum belly support
