can we give...ragi Malt morning...and millets afternoon...by this we get cold because millets are head so ...from heat to cold they get

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem you can give in small quantity there is nothing like cold and heat start giving complementary food since the baby is in 7th month to start with in small quantity

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello when the child is already having cold then you may avoid Ragi otherwise in general Ragi or millet is absolutely safe to be given and not a problem and avoid it only when child is having cold and give other healthy and nutritious easily digestible food in the diet which would be better and safe
