can we add salt to baby food? ,can we give cow milk to baby becoz i am working women my ML got completed need to join duty ....

A. hi, do not add salt in baby food. it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. can opt formula milk.
