can I work out during pregnancy??

A. yes after permission. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. work out during pregnancy is not recommended.. but yes few prenatal exercise or yoga postures you can do under the observation of trainer.. for healthy pregnancy.. and comfort delivery.. take care..
