A. hi mom it depends upon number of factors such as r u having any high risk factors in the pregnancy and also on ur prepreg fitness level .. tc .. ok

No First three months you should avoid it because that time your pregnancy settling down you should not take a chance after about four months you can consult your doctor and you can start doing yoga that would be the best form of exercise that you can go for You can definitely go ahead with prenatal yoga
