Q.

can I travel during my 16th week of pregnancy and when should I start exercising. I am in my 15th week of pregnancy and just doing slow walking for 30 mins and breathing exercises

A. I would say if u had been doing exercises before pregnancy, then you can do the same but if you weren't, then stick to walking.

A. See you have to see if you are physical physically okay and your pregnancy is going good then you can travel it’s not a problem and exercise you can start from completing the time of 4 to 5 months check with your doctor which prenatal yoga is going to be best for you to go for
