can I take sinarest for cold since I am pregnant????

you can take sinarest thrice a day for three days.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .

It is Good to go for you can take it but still if you’re having cold I would advise you to go for Crocin as that would be a safer medicine any day as compare to any other medicine.. So have that otherwise consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same
