can I take jeera water with lemon while 3 month baby breast feeding?

Yes you can take Jeera water but there is no need to add lemon in it because it can kill the nutrition’s baby is getting through your milk. When babies are totally on mother’s milk than babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mother’s diet so you have to maintain a proper diet plan
