Can i start apple puree once my son will complete 5 years

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no start apple puree after 6 month. No other foods or fluids – including water – are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods
