Massages do help to a very large extent and it is highly recommended as well
as the body has undergone a lot of changes and is also doing now as well

Take dolo that would be a better choice because it’s totally safe to be taken during the time of lactation but you only want to take the medicine that you are mentioned that you have to crosscheck with your doctor as I’m not very certain about it whether it can be taken during the time of lactation or not
