Q.

2 weeks after I had my normal delivery ,there has been severe back pain and my legs are also aching. Is it common to have back and legs pain after delivery, and what i need to do to relieve the pain?

A. then eat calcium. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
