Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello! There are limited studies on drinking blue tea. It affects during breastfeeding and pregnancy. In situations, it can cause uterine contraction better to check with the doctor before taking it. Maybe moderation is the key

I’m not very certain about it whether a blue is actually advisable during the time of lactation or not so if you need to take it every day talk to your doctor and they will be able to give you a clarification over it and they can tell you whether should be having it every day or not
