Can i feed mustard oil to my baby?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can use mustard oil in cooking but don’t give as raw to baby to drink and give semi solid foods to the baby and liquids like water coconut water soups

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you can cook baby's food in mustard oil but do not give it raw, and i recommends you to make baby's food in desi ghee it will give baby immunity as well as helps in weight gain too and provides energy for day activities
