Divya DiwakerMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello mam, Yes u can have gujiya while breastfeeding.. But do not have in large quantity in one go and also have it once or twice in a week as it’s loaded with calories

Hello ma’am It is specifically made up of refined flour so I’m not going to advise you to have it because it can easily cause constipation and other issues to you while breastfeeding so it would be best that you ignore it and avoided for at least 2 to 3 months
