can I eat chicken is it good for my one month old boy or will there be any digestion problem in baby

While being a breastfeeding mother, you should avoid taking it because it can create gastric issues in babies. So you have to avoid taking it at least till your baby turned six months old. And if you are having it that have it in very less quantity so it will be easy for you baby to digest it
