can I drink gelusil for severe gases and acidity and I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 4 month old baby.. is it safe and will it have any affect on the baby?

A. yes you can
but you track your diet and avoid eating foods causing gas
too much of gelusil isn't safe

Yes You can have it you can have Digene also completely safe to be consumed during pregnancy and after delivery also if you want you can go ahead with that is when it’s completely save that basically to reduce down acidity in the stomach and discomfort with completely fine
