If you're Breastfeeding , then it is advisable to not go on a very low calorie diet.
Include foods that are nutritious like Dal's, sprouts milk paneer egg fish chicken, fruits, Vegetables, salads which do not cause excessive weight gain
Try to cut down on sweets, sugar, junk & fried foods.
Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..if u r still breastfeeding ur baby then avoid dieting as u need to eat healthy while breastfeeding ur baby. instead wait for few more months, weight gain is normal during and after pregnancy and takes time to lose weight. involve urself in brisk walking daily and somee light excercises too.
