Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Castor oil helps in hair growth and increasing hair density . Apply regularly ,you can mix castor oil with coconut oil for regular application.. Include milk and dairy products,nuts and seeds powder,leafy vegetables,egg,fish helps in healthy hair growth.
