can I breastfeed my baby if I'm having cold and fever and I am not vaccinated for covid-19

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilatorfss or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Yes If you’re having cold and cough just put a mass so that you do not transmit infection to the child apart from that there is no requirement and it’s no vaccination is required for this if you are Covid positive then it’s a different story otherwise there is no requirement for any vaccination as of now
