Hello ma’am I didn’t understand what is the harm in having a milkshake if you’re having a fruit milkshake dry fruit milkshake chocolate milkshake that you can have after 3 to 4 months of your delivery and in general also check you can have after delivery because Milk is anyway is healthy to go for so I don’t think so there is any
