Q.

can breastfeeding mother's eat everything after one month of delivery....there r some rumours that breastfeed mother's should not eat maida, besan , spices, ......

A. no, she can't. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.

A. Yes You can eat most of the things after 40 to 60 days of your delivery is not a resolution but whatever you have have it in moderate quantity also you should not have much of spices because that can cause heartburn and acidity to the child along with that avoid foods which are heavy to digest that’s about it most of the things you can eat from the day one itself
