It takes 30-45 days to heal stitches if you feel that stitches are completely healed no pain ,discomfort while touching and while sleeping downside (stomach lying down) then you can rest for a while not for long hours. Completely lying in one position is not suggested in between you can change sleeping position according to your comfort.

A. yes, my doctor told me for 15 days after stitches have to sleep straight only after that we can change our position as our comfortable.
