A. no harm in trying. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially

A. Hello dear parent! It all depends. Try using Babyhug postpartum belt. Be physically active as much as possible and start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Eat a well balanced diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
