AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera garlic fenugreek raw papaya oats etc in ur diet to increase bm.
