have whole foods
eat before 7pm
avoid fried food
include more protein ( natural sources)
have more fluids)
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. you can add any detox drink to you morning when you get up. drink lots of water. do yoga. take a walk. eat your dinner early so that it's digested before going to bed. don't starve yourself. it can bring weakness.
