You could probably give milk and milk products such as panner, curds., tofu, dry fruits , nuts and seeds as well,
legumes such chana, rajma etc eggs, fish, chicken if preffered , green leafy vegetables

Our natural food is the best source of protein and calcium to be given to the child where you can include all kind of vegetarian proteins non-vegetarian chicken egg fish mutton and for vegetarian you can go for Paneer you can give these things are very good other than that for calcium you can give all kind of dairy products you can give nuts to the child these are very good and most of the fruits and vegetables do have decent amount of calcium into them
