start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly for healthy skin and hair.
give more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration

I Would like to tell you then you go ahead with almond oil or olive oil can be used throughout the year they are extremely extremely good and almond oil almond oil is actually much better than olive oil also so if you can go ahead with almond oil then I would advise you to go for that
