best food to keep the baby healthy

A. Hello mom their is not one particular Food as every food group has their own natural nutrients that all in a combinations are required in for a healthy growth . So mostly foods from all major food groups such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals, roti , rice , millets , dals and lentils like channa, rajma etc , dry fruits and nuts , milk and ghee , panner , eggs
