Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

See First of all that completely depends as to when did you have your delivery you have not given us any any detail about your delivery and all but honestly I would just say intermittent fasting is one of the best options along with a workout if you possibly can manage both the things together
