#asktheexpert from which month mother can start diet to loose weight?? what we need to make sure to start diet.

A. you can start doing exercise and diet after 6 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
