Iske bare mein adhik jankari ke liye Apne doctor se sampark kijiye jo aapko bataenge ki is bare mein aur kuchh karne ki jarurat hai ki nahin.

If you have had a normal delivery then there is no problem with that but if you had a C-section delivery then you may as well crosscheck with your doctor for that because massages are definitely going to be the best but if you’re comfortable with salon also there is no problem problem
