Q.
Baby is 5 months old. He is suffering from cold & due to cold, dry cough is also their. I am giving him MAXTRA syrup which is recommended by doctor since three days as it was recommended for 3 days only...I am also massaging his chest by mustard oil to reduce his cold & cough. But till now his nose is somewhat stuffy. What to do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Common colds are usually caused by a virus. And when it is viral, ot kast for 7 days. continue with all medication n massage. increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops.
