Q.

Baby is 4months and 16 days old she is around 8kg. we are using nan excellapro for the baby 5 to 6 scoops for 150 to 180ml for 5 times a day. should I reduce the number of scoops for the baby from getting obese. or should I increase the water ( for example now as per the package instructions I'm giving 5 scoops for 150ml water should i reduce it to 4 scoops for 150ml) Please help

A. Yes quantity can be reduced and it also depends upon appetite of the baby as well and keep monitoring weight if the baby and feed on regular intervals but don’t over feed

A. gradually do that.. start with solid after baby completes six months as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana puree mashed fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a time
