Q.

Baby is 4 months old now, she had severe cold last week and got treated now. But before and during her cold and cough, potty was all liquid and which had yellow stains on her langot. we applied hing on her stomach but didnt work. Can I give her ofloxacin and Metronidazole suspension (new Normet suspension)?

A. do not use any medicine by yourself, unless a doctor specifically tells you to specially antibiotics Use of over-the-counter cough and cold medicines in young children can result in serious and potentially life-threatening side effects. ask your doctor about the right dosage of medicines for your child’s age and size.
