Baby is 16 months old now and is not drinking buffalo milk and not eating/ drinking any type of new food.How to make her eat/drink

Teething could be one reason which can lead to this kind kind of behaviour for the child secondly try to give different varieties like instead of giving plane will try adding some dry fruit powder saffron turmeric anything to make a little more colourful and fancy and for food also start feeding it from your plate little little bite so that your child gets into the habit of eating what you are offering
