ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. after few months. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used. periods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. baby hone ke baad kisko nxt month hi aa jate hai or kisko after a yr ... it vary from one to one.. take care.. hv a healthy and balanced diet .. stay well hydrated continue with pre natal supplements atleast 3 mnths
