baby facing so much cold... nose blowing and eyes full of water.. or coughing.. urine is also less than last more days... plz suggest n help

A. give nasal saline drops for nasal blockage as well as cold and give breastfeeding at more frequent intervals and if it doesn't improve the condition of the child then kindly meet your doctor
