#AskTheExpert my 8 yrs old has cold and cough and lots of mucus while blowing nose or during cough also she's complaining of headache earlier had fever but now no more. what should I do

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seablsonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. g along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. cold and coughing.. give steam inhalation use Nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest and back and feet and gently massage at bed time give sinarest af syrup
