Q.

baby boy is 45 days old, 4.5kg weight and is under breastfeeding...mother is advised Clavum 625 and Enzoflam for 5 days for dental pain. Are the drugs safe for the baby?

A. it is better to get a proper treatment done rather than giving medicines to the mother as most of the medicines cross the breast milk in some amount or the other and dental pain always needs treatment and cannot resolve only by medicines as it is just a temporary fix
