Q.
baby boy 9months old due to weather change he got cold no fever . I'm giving senearest-AF syrup. from last 5days but stil he suffering what to do ?? how long cold be there ?? please let me know

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associateddw symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
