POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. You can help your baby sleep better by setting the right environment, like cool temperature and dim lighting all in a quiet room. Preterm babies also get hungry more often in the night than term babies because, the smaller the baby, the more often they need to feed. The water should not be hot, but warm instead.
