Q.

Baby Birth weight is 2.6kg. She lost weight in the first 2 weeks to 2.45kg. By 4th week her weight is 2.7kg. Baby is healthy and active. is it any problem not gaining weight as recommended?

See the basic sign that we calculate the base upon is that the child should gain at least 500 g in a month which is mandatory to be seen which is actually assigned for good health so your child is practically not gaining good amount of weight I do your child may be active but the weight is very important so I would advise you to talk to your doctor and start giving formula along with your feed
