baby 4 month 27 days old. mom ko acidity problem ho raha hai. konsa medicine lena parega? breastfeeding mom ko medicine lena baby ke liye safe hai kya?

Right now you can take Eno if you want and if you want to only go ahead with a medicine I will just advise you that you should go ahead with the pan top as of now that is also going to be a proper medication to go ahead with so it’s going to be quite favourable for you in the current situation
